Wir arbeiten in unserer Einrichtung situativ und kindzentriert. Die kindlichen Bed\u00fcrfnisse stehen dabei stets im Mittelpunkt. Wir beobachten die Kinder in ihrem Spiel, um zu erkennen, welche Themen sie aktuell besch\u00e4ftigen. Angelehnt an den Lebenssituationen der Kinder, entwickeln wir passende p\u00e4dagogische Angebote und begleiten und unterst\u00fctzen die Kinder auf ihrem Weg bei der Umsetzung ihrer Ideen. Uns ist es wichtig, den Kindern einen Ort der Sicherheit und Geborgenheit zu bieten und sie in ihrer Gesamtpers\u00f6nlichkeit und ganzheitlichen Entwicklung zu f\u00f6rdern. Wir unterst\u00fctzen die Kinder auf ihrem Weg der Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit, in dem wir es ihnen erm\u00f6glichen, das Leben in der Einrichtung aktiv mitzugestalten.<\/p>\n
