Der Elternbeirat<\/h1>\n

Der Elternbeirat ist das Bindeglied zwischen Eltern und Erziehern. Er besteht aus jeweils 2 Elternteilen pro Gruppe und wird in jedem Jahr auf der Elternvollversammlung, am Anfang des neuen Kitajahres, von den Eltern gew\u00e4hlt. In jeder Gruppe gibt es einen Vorsitzenden und seine Stellvertretung.
Der Elternbeirat ist Ansprechpartner f\u00fcr die Sorgen und W\u00fcnsche der Eltern und tr\u00e4gt diese der Leitung des Kindergartens vor. Ziel ist eine vertrauensvolle und kooperative Zusammenarbeit zwischen Eltern, Elternbeirat und Kitaleitung.
Die Kitaleitung, Gruppenleitungen und die Elternbeir\u00e4te treffen sich in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden zum \u201eJour fixe\u201c, um wichtige Themen zu besprechen. Hierbei werden Neuigkeiten verk\u00fcndet, Fragen beantwortet, Probleme besprochen und auch einfach mal erz\u00e4hlt und gelacht.
Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Elternbeirat ist uns sehr wichtig.
Auch bei Festen und Veranstaltungen unterst\u00fctzt uns der Elternbeirat bei den Vorbereitungen und Durchf\u00fchrungen.
Der Elternbeirat nimmt ebenfalls am \u201eRat der Tageseinrichtung\u201c teil. Dieser Rat tagt 1-2 Mal j\u00e4hrlich.
Wer Interesse hat, kann sich auch zum JAEB (Jugendamts Elternbeirat) w\u00e4hlen lassen und gegebenenfalls sogar auf Landesebene agieren. Hierzu werden die verschiedenen Elternbeir\u00e4te vom Jugendamt eingeladen und informiert.
Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich k\u00f6nnen sich auch die Eltern jederzeit mit Fragen, Sorgen oder W\u00fcnschen an den Elternbeirat wenden. Hierbei wird vertrauensvoll mit den Informationen umgegangen und stets nach L\u00f6sungen gesucht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
