P\u00e4dagogischer Ansatz<\/h1>\n

In der Regelgruppe<\/strong> (GF III) k\u00f6nnen 25 Kinder im Alter von 3 bis 6 Jahren betreut werden.<\/p>\n

In der Gruppe arbeiten aktuell 2 p\u00e4dagogische Fachkr\u00e4fte in Vollzeit, eine p\u00e4dagogische Fachkraft in Teilzeit und eine PIA-Auszubildende.<\/p>\n

Unser Gruppenraum befindet sich in der 1. Etage der Kindertagesst\u00e4tte. Dieser ist aufgeteilt in verschiedene Spielbereiche, wie z.B. die Konstruktionsecke, den Kreativbereich und den Rollenspielbereich. Auch gibt es einen Nebenraum, indem neben dem Freispiel verschiedene Aktionen angeboten werden. Diese wechseln regelm\u00e4\u00dfig nach den aktuellen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und W\u00fcnschen der Kinder.<\/p>\n

Morgens bieten wir ein freies Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck, in Form eines Buffets, in der Zeit zwischen 8:00 Uhr und 10:00 Uhr an.<\/p>\n

Die Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit liegen in der F\u00f6rderung der Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit, des Sozialverhaltens, der ganzheitlichen Sinneserfahrung und der Kreativit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n

Ein fester Bestandteil unserer Arbeit ist der Morgenkreis, indem wir gemeinsam mit den Kindern den Tagesablauf besprechen, Projektthemen abstimmen, singen und spielen und wo die Kinder sich eigenst\u00e4ndig f\u00fcr die verschiedenen Spielbereiche entscheiden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Neben alledem sind das Freispiel, das Turnen, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Spazierg\u00e4nge oder das Spielen auf dem Au\u00dfengel\u00e4nde feste Eckpfeiler unserer Gruppenarbeit.<\/p>\n

Feiern und Feste bereiten uns immer sehr viel Freude. Gro\u00dfe Feste, wie z.B. Karneval, Oktoberfest, Weihnachten oder unseren Weihnachtsmarkt feiern wir, mit allen Gruppen, gemeinsam.<\/p>\n

Unsere Gruppe ist ein Ort, an dem sich die Kinder von Beginn an geborgen und besch\u00fctzt f\u00fchlen sollen. Die Kinder sollen gerne zu uns kommen. Wir geben ihnen die M\u00f6glichkeit mit uns immer wieder Neues zu entdecken und zu erforschen. Hier d\u00fcrfen sie sich in ihrem eigenen Rhythmus entwickeln und \u201egr\u00f6\u00dfer\u201c werden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
