Dieser Satz stellt auch eine zentrale Bedeutung f\u00fcr das teiloffene Konzept dar. Kinder erfahren im Spiel mit anderen Kindern so viele bedeutende Dinge, die sie f\u00fcr ihr sp\u00e4teres Leben brauchen. Sie erfahren, wie das Zusammenleben in einer Gruppe mit Gleichaltrigen, J\u00fcngeren oder auch \u00c4lteren ist. Sie erfahren, dass man Dinge miteinander teilen kann, dass man bei manchen T\u00e4tigkeiten die Hilfe eines anderen braucht und andererseits daf\u00fcr wieder Hilfe anbieten kann. Und bei den \u201eKleinen Weltentdeckern\u201c erfahren sie dies nicht nur im Rahmen ihres Gruppenverbandes.<\/p>\n

Die Kinder haben jeden Tag die M\u00f6glichkeit mit allen Kindern und auch Mitarbeiter*innen der Einrichtung in Kontakt zu treten. Sie beginnen ihren Tagesst\u00e4ttenalltag in ihrer Stammgruppe, die ihnen Sicherheit vermittelt. Hier verbringen sie die Zeit bis zum gemeinsamen Morgenkreis. Im Anschluss haben die Kinder die freie Wahlm\u00f6glichkeit ihres Spielortes, Spielpartners, Spielmaterials und der Spieldauer. Das bedeutet, dass die Kinder keinen starren Tagesplan haben. Sie m\u00fcssen sich jeden Tag selber fragen: Wie m\u00f6chte ich meine Zeit verbringen? Mit wem? In welchem Raum? Was aber nicht bedeutet, dass die Kinder keinen strukturierten Tagesablauf haben.<\/p>\n

Nach diesem Leitgedanken handeln wir auch in unserer t\u00e4glichen Arbeit.
Wir geben den Kindern keine L\u00f6sungen vor, sondern sind Wegbegleiter f\u00fcr die Kinder, um mit ihnen gemeinsam die H\u00fcrden des Lebens zu meistern und sie auf ihrem Weg ein St\u00fcck zu begleiten.
Die Kinder sollen in ihrem Handeln immer wieder gest\u00e4rkt werden, um sich auch auf steinigen Wegen sicher zu f\u00fchlen.

Dieser Satz stellt auch eine zentrale Bedeutung f\u00fcr das teiloffene Konzept dar. Kinder erfahren im Spiel mit anderen Kindern so viele bedeutende Dinge, die sie f\u00fcr ihr sp\u00e4teres Leben brauchen. Sie erfahren, wie das Zusammenleben in einer Gruppe mit Gleichaltrigen, J\u00fcngeren oder auch \u00c4lteren ist. Sie erfahren, dass man Dinge miteinander teilen kann, dass man bei manchen T\u00e4tigkeiten die Hilfe eines anderen braucht und andererseits daf\u00fcr wieder Hilfe anbieten kann. Und bei den \u201eKleinen Weltentdeckern\u201c erfahren sie dies nicht nur im Rahmen ihres Gruppenverbandes.<\/p>\n

Die Kinder haben jeden Tag die M\u00f6glichkeit mit allen Kindern und auch Mitarbeiter*innen der Einrichtung in Kontakt zu treten. Sie beginnen ihren Tagesst\u00e4ttenalltag in ihrer Stammgruppe, die ihnen Sicherheit vermittelt. Hier verbringen sie die Zeit bis zum gemeinsamen Morgenkreis. Im Anschluss haben die Kinder die freie Wahlm\u00f6glichkeit ihres Spielortes, Spielpartners, Spielmaterials und der Spieldauer. Das bedeutet, dass die Kinder keinen starren Tagesplan haben. Sie m\u00fcssen sich jeden Tag selber fragen: Wie m\u00f6chte ich meine Zeit verbringen? Mit wem? In welchem Raum? Was aber nicht bedeutet, dass die Kinder keinen strukturierten Tagesablauf haben.<\/p>\n
