Das Freispiel nimmt den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Tages ein. Im Freispiel k\u00f6nnen die Kinder nach Absprache andere Gruppen besuchen und in der Au\u00dfenanlage spielen. Im Freispiel bieten wir den Kindern Gelegenheit zur freien Auswahl des Spielpartners, des Spielortes und der Spieldauer. Vielf\u00e4ltige Angebote zum Freispiel erm\u00f6glichen den Kindern anregende Spiel- und Lernerfahrungen.
Die Kinder sollen im Freispiel darin gef\u00f6rdert werden, mit anderen Kindern zusammen zu spielen, Konflikte zu l\u00f6sen und sich im Einzelfall auch einmal durchzusetzen. Sie lernen, eigene F\u00e4higkeiten und Fertigkeiten zu entwickeln, sich selbst zu motivieren und zu konzentrieren. Im Freispiel werden alle personalen, sozialen und intellektuellen Kompetenzen gef\u00f6rdert.
Die p\u00e4dagogische Fachkraft unterst\u00fctzt die Kinder durch vor\u00fcbergehendes aktives Mitspielen oder durch zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen von Materialien. Sie hilft Gruppen bei Konflikten, die sie selber nicht l\u00f6sen k\u00f6nnen und steht den Kindern als verl\u00e4ssliche Ansprechpartnerin zur Verf\u00fcgung.         Kinder haben das Recht, an allen sie betreffenden Entscheidungen entsprechend ihrem Entwicklungsstand beteiligt zu werden. Es ist zugleich ein Recht, sich nicht zu beteiligen. Beteiligung ist von klein auf m\u00f6glich.
        Dies bedeutet f\u00fcr unsere Kindertagesst\u00e4tte, dass die Kinder in unserem Tagesablauf aktiv mitbestimmen d\u00fcrfen. Die Kinder erleben Selbstwirksamkeit und merken, dass ihre Entscheidungen folglich Konsequenzen mit sich ziehen. Sie haben die Chance, ihre Meinung zu vertreten, wodurch die Grundlage jeder demokratischen Gesellschaft gebildet wird, welche auf Freiheit, Solidarit\u00e4t und Gleichberechtigung beruht. In unserer Kindertagesst\u00e4tte reflektieren wir immer, an welchen Stellen Raum f\u00fcr Partizipation geschaffen werden kann.
        Im Morgenkreis beispielsweise k\u00f6nnen die Kinder Sing- und Kreisspiele w\u00e4hlen. Des Weiteren haben die Kinder bei der Tagesgestaltung, bei der Wahl des Mittagessens, sowie dem w\u00f6chentlichen \u201eMit-Mach-Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck\u201c ein Mitspracherecht. Wir treten den Kindern mit Achtung, Respekt und Wertsch\u00e4tzung entgegen. So k\u00f6nnen die kleinen Menschen ihren Alltag mitbestimmen.<\/p>\n

        In unserer Einrichtung ist der situationsorientierte Ansatz Handlungsgrundlage unserer Arbeit. Wir bieten aber auch Platz und Raum f\u00fcr verschiedene p\u00e4dagogische Ans\u00e4tze. So flie\u00dfen p\u00e4dagogische Elemente der offenen Arbeit und besonders der Waldp\u00e4dagogik in unser Konzept ein. Durch unser gruppen\u00fcbergreifendes offenes Konzept haben die Kinder sowohl feste Gruppenstrukturen als auch die M\u00f6glichkeit au\u00dferhalb der eigenen Gruppe in externen Spielbereichen, im Bewegungsraum, in anderen Gruppen und in der Au\u00dfenanlage Spiel und Lebenserfahrungen zu machen.
        Wir orientieren uns an Lebenssituationen der Kinder, das hei\u00dft jedes Kind bringt sein ganz spezielles B\u00fcndel bepackt mit seinen F\u00e4higkeiten, seinen Interessen, seiner Wesensart, seinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen und seinen Erfahrungen mit.<\/p>\n

        Betreut werden die Kinder insgesamt von 10 p\u00e4dagogischen Fachkr\u00e4ften und einer K\u00fcchenfachkraft, die in Voll- und Teilzeit arbeiten. Praktikanten und Auszubildende\/Studierende werden von uns betreut, angeleitet und unterst\u00fctzen unsere Arbeit.
        Wir sind ein flexibles und offenes Team, in dem sich die Mitarbeiter sowohl erg\u00e4nzen als auch ihre jeweilige Individualit\u00e4t in die Arbeit einbringen. Dadurch entsteht eine interessante Mischung, die durch den gemeinsam erarbeiteten \u201eroten Faden\u201c eine gute Arbeit sichert. Offenheit, Ehrlichkeit und gegenseitiges Vertrauen im Rahmen der Teamarbeit ist unerl\u00e4sslich.
        Das gemeinsame Interesse an der Erf\u00fcllung der gesteckten Ziele l\u00e4sst f\u00fcr die Kinder die so unverzichtbare Kontinuit\u00e4t und Verl\u00e4sslichkeit entstehen. Dies erfordert regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Teamsitzungen, Austausch zwischen anderen Kitas, dem Tr\u00e4ger \/ dem Jugendamt und eine st\u00e4ndige Weiterqualifizierung in Form von Fort- und Weiterbildungen.
        Reflexion ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Arbeit. Sie ist erforderlich, um Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse zu verarbeiten und auszutauschen. Unsere Grundhaltung gegen\u00fcber den Kindern ist gepr\u00e4gt von Akzeptanz, Toleranz und Wertsch\u00e4tzung. Den Eltern begegnen wir freundlich und kooperativ. Gemeinsam mit ihnen sorgen wir f\u00fcr das Wohl der Kinder.<\/p>\n
